Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it means we get to make Philadelphia Fish House punch, my favorite holiday punch, and dunk glazed ham in my grandmother’s mustard sauce, affectionately known as “the ham sauce.” Also: lamb. This is my favorite lamb recipe: easiest rack of lamb, which we serve with Nigella Lawson’s mint sauce.
